At DENHAM we're looking for a Account Manager to join our team.

About the job

As our Account Manager you are responsible for sales according to our Dutch sales strategy, in line with Denham’s corporate strategy, policies and guidelines on wholesale sales for the Netherlands. You are responsible for achieving sales volumes and margins according to targets for both pre-order and re-order business. You are the point of contact for our Dutch wholesale clients in stores, providing excellent service.

Reports to the Team Lead WHS NL. 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Meeting and handling customers in showroom, achieving orders in line with Denham’s targets

  • Building strong/long term relationships accounts ensuring increased customer satisfaction
  • Achieve yearly sales and financial goals
  • Completing order books
  • Realizing and analyzing pre- and re- orders
  • Coach and develop regional sales team
  • Visual Merchandising ensuring perfect brand representation
  • Feedback sales and market information to the sales team to ensure brand growth

Desired skills and experience

  • A minimum of 1-3 years account management

  • Experience and knowledge within a premium brand is a big advantage
  • Willingness to travel and an entrepreneurial spirit is essential
  • Preparedness to work in stores on certain Saturday
  • Service minded attitude and great communication skills
  • Specialized knowledge within the denim segment
  • Ability to train people
  • Fluent in English
  • Working conditions: The job can require a person if needed to work on weekend days or after 18:00.
