Buyer
As a Buyer you'll be responsible for the products within your categories. You are working 24/7 with the latest fashion trends, analyzing sales data and developing purchasing strategies. You will work closely together with the Development & Production team and the Merchandiser. Manage the Buying Matrix and upload items into the system
Handle SMS (Salesman Sample) Uploads
Create and manage SMS Purchase Orders
Maintain and update the SMS Tracking File
Oversee Production Planning T&A (Time & Action Calendar)
Update Sales Orders in the Buying Matrix
Manage Fabric and Trim Bookings with suppliers
Monitor Fabric and Trim Stock Levels and ensure accurate stock management
Generate Bulk Purchase Orders for production
Handle Barcode Creation for new styles and orders
Update Planning for Running Orders to reflect production status
Share Weekly Planning Updates with relevant teams
Manage Item Master Change Requests and ensure correct implementation across systems
Coordinate Shipment Samples (T&A follow-up and booking receipts in XPRT)
Coordinate Size Set Samples (T&A follow-up and booking receipts in XPRT)
Maintain effective Vendor Communication for smooth production and delivery processes
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Buyer in the Fashion industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Knowledge of procurement software and systems (e.g., NAVISION) is a plus
Fluent in English and Dutch
Contract for 7-months
8% holiday allowance
