In the position of Customer Service your main activities are:

Maintaining positive contact, through various channels, with our Dutch B2B customer base and some of our (International) Key accounts at all times.
Processing orders and returns.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries where you acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the B2B customer service process.

As an Customer Service you work close together with almost all other departments within Denham. As a team, together with various colleagues, you make sure all customer inquiries are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

As member of the Operations team you play an important role in the full supply chain.

Desired Skills and Experience:

MBO/HBO education
You have a service minded attitude, are problem solving and can multitask
Confident to work with ERP systems and have knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good command on both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
