Marketing Operations Manager

At DENHAM we're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team.

About the job

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of brand and asset development and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a deep understanding of brand positioning, asset management, briefing process and cross channel marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and co-create alongside with the Head of Marketing the brand and marketing calendar.
  • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to own the campaign development process from learnings, marketing plans, channel plans and creative asset briefings with the creative toolkits as end goal.
  • Own, streamline and optimize the brand asset management process and tools for the company.
  • Streamline and optimize brand operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing campaigns and assets.

  • Collaborate with and brief external parties such as agencies and freelancers alongside the Head of Marketing.
  • Work individually and with the Head of Marketing and team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives; e.g trade imagery shooting, marketing content matrix.

  • Develop project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Monitor and track budget in line with the forecast and plan in the marketing budget tracker.

  • Use insights to make data-driven recommendations and create campaign and marketing activation reports.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in brand and marketing operations, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software: Monday or Trello.
