We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Manager to organize and oversee the operations of our Denham stores.

You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained. You are passionate about the brand and show this on every occasion.

You have a strategic mindset, and you are an excellent leader. You have strong financial abilities and operations planning skills and have experience with an Omni channel work environment.

Your goal is to ensure that our stores will meet and exceed business development and efficiency expectations.

Responsibilities:

Budget forecasting, productivity, and P&L management - setting standards and objectives for different stores and departments.

Monitor and analyze KPIs to increase revenue and minimize costs.

Lead a team of Store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.

Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.

Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.

Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.

Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.

Monitor stock levels and work alongside the Merchandising department for the right product at the right moment.

Identify slow movers and zero sales to minimize in-season sell thru gaps and drive commercial decisions.

Oversee daily visual merchandising standards and product placement decisions.

Work cross functional with Marketing and Brand team to ensure an effective and holistic customer experience.

Partner with HR to create efficient training programs and coach the best-in-class Store teams.

Create Market and competitors’ awareness to identify opportunities.

Requirements and skills:

Minimum of 5 years retail operations experience as a Senior Retail Manager, Senior Area Manager, Senior Store Manager, or comparable managerial role.

Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.

Experience and knowledge within Omni channel initiatives.

Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success.

Working knowledge of ERP software.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Strong business acumen.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Study in business administration, Retail management, or similar field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.

Advanced numeracy and literacy, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
