Social Media & Campaign Manager
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media & Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of the organic social media calendar and innovative campaigns across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and the ability to deliver measurable results that align with brand goals. This role requires a passion for storytelling, brand building, and data-driven decision-making.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
Content Creation & Management: Coordinate the creation of high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos) in collaboration with PR, content creators, designers, and copywriters. that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
Platform Management: Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of campaigns using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, PR, and product, to ensure alignment on brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, including paid advertising on social platforms, and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in social media marketing or campaign management
Proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns with measurable results
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Funnel) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, Meta Business Manager)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with paid social advertising and budget management is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaboration
Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
