About the job:
As the Store Manager you are responsible for leading the Denham Utrecht stores and the overall results of the stores. With you great interest in Denham, you want to share your enthusiasm for the brad and your passion for the customer. You will contribute to all the activities on the shop floor and coach and inspire the Utrecht team. With you knowledge of customer service and your commercial drive, you know how to achieve your daily targets and customer loyalty. Knowing how to motivate and inspire the staff, you create an optimal atmosphere in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
Delivering Company standards, strategies and initiatives to achieve sustainable growth
Lead, plan and coordinate daily operations in store, including:
- Stock control
- Daily cash management
- Till management of Staff planning for both Men's & Women's store
To train, develop, review, manage, coach, support and set direction for all members of the Men's & Women's stores team to ensure high performance / productivity at all times
Secure the Brand Image is showcased and driven by optimizing visual merchandising and service level
To ensure stockroom processing and replenishment procedures are in place and transfers are completed effectively
To drive and ensure store compliance with Company policy and procedures, taking a consistent approach with all team members
Secure stores sales and provide excellent customer service
To deliver excellent customer service standards ensuring highly visible and effective customer service management at all times to drive continuous improvement
Desired skills and experience:.
3-5 years of experience in store managing, service-oriented and are you looking for a managerial position in a high retail environment with room for growth and development? And do you also have:
• Experience of leading, managing and training store staff efficiently
• Sales driven and result oriented / proven sales figures and KPI achievements
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Proven organizational skills and service minded / Organized and service minded
• Excellent high level communication skills
• Good command on both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
